Tickets are $160 per person and includes a three course meal plus all beverages on the night. A small processing fee of $3.10 applies to each ticket.

The National Wine Centre endeavours to cater to all special dietary requirements. You will be asked about your special dietary requirements when you purchase your tickets or you can supply these later.

Tickets are available to purchase in any number. You can purchase a single ticket or a table of 10. Simply select your option when puchasing your ticket. When you complete the table questions you can let us know if you would like to be seated with others from your year group who have also purchased single tickets.

For the comfort of all guests, the maximum number per table is 10.

That's OK, as part of the ticket purchase you will be asked to let us know who you wish to sit with and we will accommodate requests where we can.

Please arrive at 6.30pm for a 7pm start. On arrival you'll enjoy some pre-dinner drinks on the Terrace and then be taken into the Hickinbotham Hall to enjoy the evening.

There will be a table plan at the entrance to Hickinbotham Hall. Simply find your name on the list to see which table you are seated at. All tables will be clearly numbered.

The great thing about the St John's Biannual Gala Ball is that you can participate as much or as little as you like in the fundraising activities. For those that do wish to participate there will be table bingo, a live auction and a wine wall. You'll also have an opportunity to bid on one of the very popular 'Class Hampers' which are full of donated items. Please note that if you are bidding on any of these hampers and you have the winning bid, you will need to take the hamper home with you on the night. Please ensure you have the capacity to do so as they cannot be stored at the venue overnight.

There certainly will be. For this year's Ball we have a wonderful DJ, TimBos who will be spinning the discs for us. There will also be circus themed entertainment through the night plus a side show ally.

Traditionally a debutante ball, or any ball or gala, is considered to be a formal occasion, however, at St John's Grammar School we'd prefer to say the dress code is for a semi-formal occasion. For a semi-formal gala, women should look for a cocktail dress, black is classic but not the only colour. Men should wear suits, but do not need tuxedos, however of you'd like to dress in formal attire, please feel free to do so. Dress to impress!
